iphone 4 service bar trouble

my service bar fluctuates from no service to 1 bar

what happened was i dropped coke on the wooden table and it flowed to my iphone where you connect the usb. a little coke got on my iphone too.

since then the service bar keeps fluctuating between no service and 1 bar. before that it stayed on the 1 bar the whole time without fluctuating.

i wonder why it keeps fluctuating... is there a problem? if so then how should i fix it? i bought my iphone from another country and i don't know if i can fix it in this country so i was wondering if it's fixable by myself if there's a problem

Well there's your problem!

If you're lucky it will dry out.

If you're not the parts or phone needs replaced. Most likely the phone.
