So... my son thought he'd be funny and create a shortcut. When I type "you" it instead reads "I love yams".

Funny. However, I can't delete the dang thing. You have no idea how often you type "you". Imagine it reading this instead: I love yams have no idea how often i love yams type i love yams.

Please help. I've tried to delete it, but after hitting "delete" it takes my straight back to the home screen. I've powered off, and rebooted. I've reset settings. I've reset keyboard dicitonary. I've reset home screen layout. I've reset location and privacy. And... I've cleared all on the Safara AutoFill (even though I had it set to Off).

You might want to try a hard reset, but it will take some time to do. Back up your device in iTunes, and then press Restore in the main menu for the device. Then, if the shortcut it still there, try deleting it like normal.
