iPhone 4 shutter stay closed

Bro, I tried restart, reset, update new OS but none of them helps to get my camera work...
I can found people having the problem over the web but I don't see a solution...
Was it a hardware problem or sthin' ?
Thanks for your kind help as I just got my new iPhone for 12 hours but found this serious issue...thanks again !!

I had this issue within 10 minutes of having the phone.

Not sure what fixed it.

Try ending the Camera app in the multitask toolbar.

Then restart & Leave off for a minute of so
