iPhone 4 shutting down by itself??

Why is my iPhone 4 shutting down by itself? It usually happens when I don't use it after a while. I also have the antenna issues. Anybody else having this shutdown error??

I left my phone on my dresser with a pretty full charge, i woke up this morning and it was completely turned off and i couldnt get it to turn back on unless i did the home and power button reboot.

Same thing is happening to my dads iPhone! What's going on???

Had the same issues as soon as it came out of the box on Wed. No luck on a fix after several calls to Apple. Went to an Apple store (Roosevelt Field) tonight and they replaced it without much difficulties. So far so go, new one works great!

This has happened several times with iOS4 and my 3GS. Hasn't happened on my iP4 yet however.

This is definitely not the norm. Take it into an Apple store near you, and have them replace it.
