iPhone 4 signal/loading issues by location

I was wondering if the issues a lot of us are experiencing with the slow network (even with full bars) are region related or not. Can you post your location if you have a problem with you connection ?
Mine is:
Location= Allentown, PA (45 minutes from Phildelphia)

Having alot of problems yesterday. This morning has been better but seems to suck again right now.

I work in Philadelphia, PA and live about 24 mins out side of Philly data issue same in both places.
