I'm wanting to sell my iPhone 4 and use my original iPhone for the next month or so until the iPhone 5 comes out. I have unlimited data and would like to make sure I keep it.

I successfully did this last year in between the 3GS and the 4 (sold my current phone, rocked the original iPhone until the 4 came out) with no hiccups in my unlimited data. However, this was before AT&T introduced data caps and I have non clue whether or not they have introduced new policies that would affect me here.

Can anybody confirm whether or not I will be good to go as far as using my original iPhone for the next month or so and keep my unlimited data? I did some searching and couldn't find much recent on the topic. I found some stuff from about a year ago but that doesn't help much.

For what it's worth my original iPhone is jailbroken (if maybe there's a tweak or something to help ensure I keep unlimited data).
