iPhone 4 - slow call initiation?

Anyone else having this issue? About 15 seconds of "calling..." before the ringing tone starts.

this is actually the only issue i have with my ip4 right now...pefect in every other way, no reception issue, but I find myself pulling the phone away from my face all the time to check if I remembered to hit call lol

I agree, but it is just that because of ****** reception

My phone has this problem. Even with a "perfect" signal I still find myself pulling the phone away from my face to check if I hit the button as the above poster says
