(iPhone 4) slow wifi after screen replacement

so i replaced a cracked screen on an iphone 4 and now to connect to a wifi
signal it takes like 1-3 minutes and when it does connect its slow as hell.

i already tried a hard reset but it did nothing....could i have damaged a component
while doing the replacement?
