iPhone 4 - Speaker and light sensor

I've put about a total of 20 minutes on my phone.

In sunlight while talking it would flip between speaker and earpiece and I moved it.

Usually the light sensor is supposed to suppress the speaker while your holding the phone to your face, but this happened a few times.

Anyone else? Never had an issue with 2G, 3G, 3GS, etc.
