Iphone 4 speaker does not work ONLY during calls...

My iPhone 4 speaker works when recording audio and in apps but when making a call, when i press the speaker button the other person can not hear me, it completely mutes.

I just finished restoring the phone, i chose to set it up as a new phone and still has the problem. The speaker works, just not during calls.

Any ideas?

I have searched for this and found a lot of posts but none seem to have answers just a lot of people saying they have the problem also.

Yes, it works if i take it off speaker and when doing voice memos.

When doing calls, as soon as i press speaker they can not hear me.
