iPhone 4 speaker louder than 3GS?

I was wondering if the speaker on the bottom of the iPhone 4 is any louder than that of it's older models?

Seeing as the iPhone 4 hasn't been released, no one has any experience with it.

I do think I read in a preview that the speaker seemed more robust, but I could be mistaken.
