iPhone 4 speckled photos??

Thursday my iPhone 4 was taking great pics but today I started taking some pictures and they all looked horribly speckled. Any reason for this? I hope I don't have to take this thing back.

Guess it's a lighting issue b/c it still takes great outdoor photos. Just have to remember this is still a camera phone

Wipe the lens with a cloth and see if you get the same issue outdoors in good sunlight.
