iPhone 4 Strange Battery Issue since Yesterday

Is anyone having some issue with their battery where it dies rapidly, I am getting this strange issue where my battery all of a sudden is dropping in power quickly. I am JB on 4.1 but others in my area I know are not JB and issue varies from 3GS with 4 to iPhone 4 with 4.1.

One of my friends was having an issue were his iPhone 4 would get really hot and the battery would die SUPER fast. Like 30% in 20-30 minutes. When he turned the wifi off it was fine. We determined that maybe the iPhone was picking up a wifi signal, but was just far away enough that it kept losing the signal and then tried to reconnect and started an endless cycle of losing wifi and reconnecting to wifi. Does that sound kind of like your issue?
