I just jailbroke my iphone 4 with redsn0w, opened cydia, and downloaded a theme. I hit the "reboot phone" button and the phone went off, and seemed to be rebooting but has been stuck at that screen for about a hour now. I tried running redsn0w again to just tether reboot and no luck. Any ideas?

Try a soft reset. If that fails, go into DFU mode & restore (there are several guides on iClarified.com. Good luck!!
