After recently cracking the lcd on my iPhone 4 (jailbroken), I replaced the digitizer/lcd without trouble, until I turned it on, and it was stuck on the apple logo screen for hours! My computer wouldn't recognize it on itunes either. After looking online I put it into reset mode by holding down the home and power buttons - this made the screen that demands for the phone to be connected to itunes appear. So I connected it and itunes asked me if I wanted to restore it and I did, after extracting the software from the phone, it now says preparing to install software for a really long time, and then finally says that an error occurred. Please help me! I don't know if possibly this could mean that a connecter was damaged in the teardown or software problems.

Thank you in advance.
