I have a problem

The silent switch is on "silent off" but i still dont have any sound.

No keyboard clicks, no text sound and no ringtone.

The sound is set to highest, everything is switched to off and it does not say headphones when i set it higher or lower with the side buttons.

When i select ringtones / text sound, the sound plays, but when i get a text or a call, Nothing!

I tried to restore, but still the same.

Anyone have a clue what it could be before i go to apple?

Restore again and this time set it up as new. If you're still experiencing the issues make an appointment to see a Genius.

I doubt that restoring "again" is gonna do anything.
But, this problem usually occurs after using the headphone jack on the phone.
The phone still thinks that the headphones are plugged. I bet that if you plug your ear buds in that you will get sound. I can't remember the exact fix (use google) but I bet that is your problem.

That happened to me once (3.5mm jack in the car). Phone went mute after a road trip. Basically had to find some headphones and...well, jack off the phone until it started working right :D

LOL...Yeah I can't remember, but there is a sequence of plugging in the 3.5mm jack and power down or power up while removing, that fixes it pretty quick.
