how can I remove it so I can boot it up normally...after I updated the Facebook app it didn't turn on normal so it got stuck and I did a hard reset so is there anyway to get it turned on without restoring it ?

can you describe more in detail what is happening?

Can you turn it on at all...does apple logo appear and than it shuts back down? Do you get a connect to iTunes message?

Is it in DFU mode (holding home and power than releasing power and just hold home button)? Did you put it into DFU mode? If so, you will can restore from your last backup - and don't think you can save from where you were - thats what DFU does.

It's the connect to iTunes message... but I don't have a backup of iPhone only iPod and my iPhone doesn't have service so I don't want to restore it.

it wouldn't open on my computer... but is there anyway I can download the IOS5 gm version ? but is it possible to bypass the activation screen if its not jailbreak
