Carrier iPhone 4 stuck restoring iPhone firmware iOS 7

I have a problem with error 3194 iPhone. Just such problem as the man posted in the link up.
As the image is published, I tried to remove the battery and bring new, and still a problem, can anyone help me? Please !! iPhone stuck Recovery mode

Try hock up your iPhone to iTunes And try again

All so try holding the power button and home intell you see the apple logo and then hock your iPhone to iTunes and re start the restore

Problem .. unable to iPhone to iTunes Mode or DFU mode only . Does this make sense??
