iphone 4 stuck

I have an iphone 4 that was jailbroken on 5.0.1. Then about 2 months ago I felt I didn't need the jb anymore and upgraded to 5.1.1. Well I was wrong and used ifaith and tiny umbrella to downgrade the phone back to 5.0.1. Everything worked fine and yesterday I decided to upgrade back to 5.1.1 due to the release of the untethered jb. Now my phone is stuck in recovery mode and when I plug it into my pc (Win XP) it tries to restore and cannot. I put it into DFU mode and I keep getting a 1602 error. Is there anyone out there that can help me get this paperweight working again.
