iPhone 4 super slow 3G anyone else?

My interent on 3G is so slow it's not even funny or describable... so I took a screen shot.

Anyone else! Have slow 3G speed... My wifi is fine. I am not aware of them throttling my data and if they are I'll be P.O. I have 6GB of used data and the last time I reset it was in December so that's about 7 months so that's less then a GB a month.
