First, just to clarify, I am not trying to actually sync my phone with two different computers, but needed to clarify something about this...

I sync/charge my iPhone with my home computer (macbook) every night. Sometimes if I don't get a chance to charge it at home, I'll plug it into my work laptop (Dell PC w/ XP) during the day. Lately I've noticed that the iPhone actually shows up in iTunes on my work comp and has the full settings page, including check for update, restore, etc. when I've never synced it at work before. Another thing I noticed is that I can play songs on my iPhone through my work comp's iTunes (whereas before it was always grayed out and unavailable).

Are these new features with iTunes 10 and iOS 4.3? Is there anything I should be worried about, like the potential to lose data or corrupt something on my phone?
