I have an I phone 4 it's jailbroken and unlocked , I used the sim cutter to cut my sim and when I put it in it says Invalid Sim or it shows signal but it doesn't show a carrier . I bought the sim card today btw , Does anyone know what I can do to fix this ??

try powering off then on again...if that does not work try uninstalling ultrasn0w and then re-install ultrasn0w again
I have tried turning the power on and off , like right now I did it It shows phone signal but no carrier , re installed it and it shows the phone signal again but no carrier

Sometimes it takes much longer. I wouldn't assume it will be released so quickly.
You will have to update the phone though software like Pwnage tool to preserve the baseband and the unlock.

The unlock for the 3G and 3GS will be out shortly after the 4.2 JB is out. Not sure how long after for the iphone 4 but hope not too long.
