iphone 4 text messaging problem.

I have an iPhone 4 with the iOS 4.3.3 update and it's jailbroken as well as using a gevey sim to unlock it for tmobile. I know that there should be a camera icon in the text messaging app but it's nowhere to be found. I was wondering if anyone might know the cause or a solution and I do have sms, mms and internet service with my plan.
