Iphone 4 Tmobile Issues/Settings???

I've cut my sim card to micro size and using a template I found online. I can't seem to send any text sms or mms even trying the genereic tmobile settings. My 2g edge internet is working fine. I jailbroke using jailbreakme and unlocked using ultrasn0w. This is what i used:

I also have 3G turned off

Works fine for me. And I also cut my SIM and use T-Mobile. I don't know maybe you can restore form a back up and see if that helps.
