iPhone 4 - Tmobile MMS Help

I been searching for hours, and all of the instructions talk about changing the VPN setting. I don't have that option.

I have iPhone 4 (4.0.2) with firmwire 01.59.00. It is jailbroken with limeira and unlocked with ultrasnow. I tried all these fixs floating around, but they don't work only disable my network connection.

I have already tried that fix, but it doesn't give me an option to edit my vpn settings. I only see Celluar Data On or Off.
