Hello, I'm new here, and really hoping I can get some advice or experience.

I bought my iPhone 4 in Summer 2011. I cannot praise it highly enough, it has been fantastic until this evening!

I unlocked it from the sleep mode to read a text(it had been working fine before that) and it then sort of had 'a mind of its own' . It proceeded to 'ignore' my requests and managed to open/close apps, delete apps and start a new email! I thought it was just a blip so shut it down and restarted it. Unfortunatly nothing changed. It's stopped all of that but I've noticed it's very difficult to compose a text or do anything that requires the keyboard. It's not listening at all to the keys I want and is instead using different ones and changing to higher/lower case. It is basically un-useable!

Have tried calling iphone support but they're shut just now.

Any tips or experience is appreciated :) x
