Iphone 4/turbo sim

I am new to this site and wonder if anyone has had the same problem i am having? on my iphone 4 where the carrier name shows up i have 2 sets of numbers that change frequently. here is an example.
In the top left of my screen it shows "-95 bell -71" does anyone know what this means and how to remove it ?

Are you in Canada? I'm guessing the -95 is the signal dB and Bell is for Bell Canada (either that or Cincinnati Bell if you're located there). Tapping the numbers should switch the numbers back to bars.
