iPhone 5 or earlier iPhone 4 unable to connect to App Store

guys, I have an old iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.4. I'm trying to get it to connect to App Store, but when I sign in I get the usual verification code sent to my iPhone 6 but on the iPhone 4 there's no option for me to enter the code. Instead it just keeps asking me to reenter my password (which I have entered correctly).

What's going wrong?

You enter your password AND the code right after the password together in the password box.

I have iOS 6.1.3 on a 4s, so I've done this a few times.

Thank you sir. That worked perfectly. But after all that, the app I wanted to redownload is no longer available
