iPhone iPhone 4 unable to downgrade

Hey,
Why can't I downgrade my iPhone 4 CDMA ios 6.1.3 with blobs? It gets stuck on preparing iPhone for restore (iTunes) ?! I'm trying to downgrade to 6.0.1.
I just put iphone into pwned dfu then start TSS server and then use ipsw that has been stitched with the right shsh and try to downgrade but its not working..

My shsh blobs were saved and sent onto my email on December 20, 2012

How did you save your blobs, manually of auto with Cydia?

Don't use TSS and stitched
Use redsn0w
Extras/even more/restore

I cant remember how i saved them but i remember that there was an option: send ur shsh to your email orsomething.

I tried restore with redsnow and thats what happened:

After that it just shows apple logo and in redsnow its stuck on Waiting
for device

First of all verify that you have full/complete blobs, use redsn0w Extras/SHSH blobs/Query
Or use iFaith

After that use sn0wbreese to restore if you have valid blobs

It shows that i only have 6.1.3 ?!Yesterday i saved 6.1.2 and it wont show up there.
So my shsh blobs are not valid n why ?

They're invalid because you most likely used cydia to save them. Cydia had issues saving blobs properly from 6.0-6.1.2 and so they're all invalid.

If you have them on your computer you can verify those with redsn0w or ifaith as well
Redsn0w extras/shsh blobs/verify

Oh well i cant verify any of them i quess im stuck with 6.1.3 then.

Alright i just tried to jailbreak but its impossible!! i do everything right and after i do just boot then there will be no cydia logo afterwards

6.1.2 did not even release until February 2013

It shows that i only have 6.1.3 ?!Yesterday i saved 6.1.2 and it wont show up there.

You could not have saved the 6.1.2 SHSH yesterday unless your phone was on 6.1.2 yesterday and you used iFaith ?
