Hey.. I have an iPhone 4 jailbreaken running iOS 4.3.3
I want to unjailbreak it now. Does doing a restore on iTunes update my firmware or something? Is there any harm in doing this? Plz advise.

If you jailbroke before 4.3.4 was released, you are able to restore to a 4.3.3 IPSW, and your jailbreak will be gone. If you jailbroke your 4.3.3 iDevice after 4.3.4 was released, then you will only be able to restore to 4.3.4.

Basically, you can only restore to old firmware if you have SHSH blobs. :)

If you haven't save the shsh blobs for 4.3.3, restoring will update the iOS to 4.3.4. iOS 4.3.4 closes the exploit which is used to jailbreak 4.3.3.
And restoring is the only way to unjailbreake.

I haven't saved any shsh blobs. Are there any problems if updated to 4.3.4?
Should I wait till iOS 5 is officially released?
Please advice.
