iPhone iPhone 4 Unlock on 04.11.18 Baseband?

Guys, I'll be heading out of the country in a week and I need my iPhone 4 unlocked. I've looked into GEVEY and SAM methods but neither of those methods work.

Me and my Girlfriends phones:

iPhone 4 16GB 5.0.1 - 04.11.08 locked to ROGERS
iPhone 4 32GB 5.0.1 - 04.11.08 locked to FIDO

Does anyone know of any other methods? We're willing to pay $30-80 USD to get our phones unlocked. Tried looking on eBay as well and everyone can only unlock AT&T phones

Only option is IMEI unlock from carrier who sold the phone.

Grey market IMEI unlocks are generally $100 plus and many offers are scams.
