iphone 4 unlock site help

Hi, bought an iphone4 at apple store for a friend in Norway. No contract, cost $600. Can someone suggest a site where he can unlock the phone to work with the local telecom? I appreciate any suggestions. Have a good day.

What is the firmware and baseband on this Iphone 4? If the Iphone 4 has baseband higher than 01.59, you can't unlock it right now.

go to "Setting", "General", "About", look all the way down to the bottom of the page and see what your modem firmware # you have there. That is the baseband.
