iPhone 4 unlock spotty?

Sometimes with a reboot, the carriers tab goes away. Other times on airplane mode and back on.

Using ultrasn0w 1.1-1 and mobilesubstrate 3209 (doesn't drain battery)

Usually another reboot fixes it though. Thoughts? Will it be more consistent when I'm using an active European sim card and not just AT&T and t-mo expired sim card to test?

I don't think a European sim card would effect anything unlocked is unlocked maybe improved ultrasn0w

It's because coverage sucks in AT&T and tmo haha.
