iPhone iPhone 4 unlock with R-SIM

Hello everyone,
I need help with unlocking iPhone 4.
Which R-SIM card should I use to unlock iPhone 4 iOS 6, and which one for iOS 7, both USA carrier AT&T? Anyone with similar experience?

As far as I know, if the baseband of your iPhone4 is higher than 4.10.xx, no sim interposer can unlock it (most have 4.12.xx unless they preserved baseband).

You will need an IMEI unlock from carrier who sold the phone or aftermarket vendor ($$) if on 4.12.xx
