all i am a new member of this forum

i have been recommended by someone to this forum that my problem could be solved here
i have an iphone 4 locked to at&t and i want unlock it
i have sent mails to at&t customer care but they dont unlock my phone saying u should have at&t account which i dont have
CAN ANYBUDDY HERE CAN UNLOCK MY DEVICE WITH THERE ACCOUNT PLEASE AND I WILL PAY FOR THAT IF ANYBUDDY HELPS

AT&T WILL NOT unlock any device without having at least the phone number that associated with.
However, if you're welling to unlock your iPhone, send me a PM with your IMEI.

can you check status for AT&T IMEI ? I have been told that unlocking will be done by 8th of may .. but i do not see it happen yet ..

AT&T will NOT unlock any phone if is it not under their policy.
However, I can unlock your iPhone if you're welling to unlock your phone.
and it's not for free
the only thing i need is just the IMEI (no further info will be requested).
