Okay If I unlock my iP4 then I have a few questions.

1. Is it Reversible ?
2. Can it dammage my iPhone ?
3. If I upgrade to OS 4.1 will it brick my iPhone ?

Thanks in Advance

Yes, you can remove the unlock, restore or upgrade all removes the unlock (and jailbreak if you alter firmware)
No
You cannot brick a 3G, 3GS or iPhone 4. They can all be restored same as new.

"Bricked" is an old term newbies love to throw around. You should un-learn it.
