iPhone 4 - Untethered Jailbreak Tips Needed

Have an iPhone 3GS on 4.3.3 iOS. Untethered jailbreak.

Getting an iPhone 4. Would like to make it the same way, but to my knowledge the most current untethered jailbreak is the 4.3.3 iOS.

What's the latest iOS that the iPhone 4 will jailbreak UNTETHERED?

I have the 4.3.3 install file for iTunes to use for a "factory restore" already saved to the HDD. I used it before on the 3GS when I foolishly updated the iOS and realized that the new version would not jailbreak as I wanted. Will this install file work on all iPhone models (with the unit using whatever software components it needs) or is it version-specific to the 3GS and I need to get one that works on the 4?

4.3.4 and up is tethered (or semi-tethered - google it)

4.3.3 and down is untethered
