recently my iphone 4 was updating an itunes download. power supply was interrupted. now the phone screen has a fixed picture of a usb cable, an itunes logo and is frozen. itunes screen on computer says i have reboot phone and remove and it will remove all data from phone. of course i dont want this...what do i do? help please...

In all seriousness though, if it's an iPhone 4, the best solution is to upgrade to a phone that isn't 4 generations old.
