Iphone 4 update to 4.3

Hi guys I am just new here and this is my first post..

I am just confused... If updating iphone 4 to IOS 4.3 will just give problem (which I see a lot of complains here ) so why did this version came out? and also what is the good side about it? Any improvement to others so far? so now I'm afraid to update..

Welcome, I'm also pretty new. I just updated my phone to 4.3 on Wendesday with no problem. I think it just happens most people who post are those with a problem. I think you should be ok.
