iPhone 4: Updating to iOS 4.2.1 from 4.1 '1013' error

Hi.

So O2 unlocked my iPhone 4 today and they said I had to restore it for it to finalize. So I transferred my purchases from my iPhone 4 to iTunes and then clicked 'update and restore'. All was going well until (near the end I think) it says it could not restore due to a '1013' error. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting iTunes, reinstalling iTunes and DFU mode.

Still, nothing. Why is this?
