iPhone 4 Upgrade Swap HELL

Well, i've been on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours, and now have 2 non-working iPhones, and no phone to use now.

best way to do teh swap is to activate the I4 on the original upgrade, remove sim and put back in old phone using a micro sim adaptor. once teh I4 is activated, cut your old sim and insert in new I4, done. No need to call the idiots at ATT
