iPhone 4 USB problem

Hello everybody !
I have a problem with my iphone 4. When I connect it to my pc it does not connect as a usb. I mean I can still open it with itunes but not read the files in my computer. So I cant download my photos and videos !
I've tried almost everything I've found by googling but it doesnt work!
So can you pleas help , cause this girl is getting very annoyed

You tried a different usb cable?
Also try cleaning your iphones bottom USB port. If there's dust or dirt down there then it can cause usb issues like the one you're experiencing.
Also plug it in to another computer to see if it works ok or if its an isolated problem when you plug it only to your pc.

It is not the usb port since it works when i open itunes.
I've tried in a different pc and it seems to work so i think the problem is in my pc but i dont know what it is
any advice?

Oh good, so it works ok on other computers.
Might be some driver issue on your pc or other software bug.
I'd try a format on your PC and reinstall the OS. Backup all your stuff before you do that though.
