iPhone 4 ver 4.2.8 GB to 5.0.1?

Hello,

I want to up grade my already untethered Jail Broken iPhone4 which is running 4.2.8 to 5.0.1. Then GB the 5.0.1
Is there a tutorial link on how to do this proper? Or could someone list the steps involved?
Any steps or procedures I should be careful doing? I've downloaded redsn0w_mac_0.9.10b on my desktop, I think that's the correct program, but not sure what the next steps are.

Just hit update in iTunes and it will upgrade to 5.0.1
