iPhone 4 Video Converter - which?

Hi, I wanted to convert some of my movies to iPhone format, but all of my software has only ready presets for iPhone 3GS/Touch (low resolution) and I cant change the resolution to higher.

I would like something that would convert a movie in avi format to mp4/mov while keeping the resolution

PS. Super Converter does it but iTunes does not recognise movies converted with it for some reason :/

I like Handbreak. You can tweak the settings instead of using the presets.

Lifehacker has an article with a link for some presets. This includes iPhone 720p.

I've been using Handbrake. I found that 720p video's (mkv files) convert and load fine on my i4 but that same video will not load on my wifes 3Gs. The 3Gs can only accept 640.480 rez.
