So the spec's site of the iPhone 4 says:

when I try sync a file 720x480 to my iPhone I get an error that is couldnt sync. Im not sure what the issues is. I can play all my current files on my PS3 and my appleTV. I was super excited to hear that I might not have to reconvert for the iPhone but...

My file stats according to itunes is:
