i am debating between 16GB and 32GB.

i will be using the phone to shoot a lot of videos, but i am not sure how big the video file will come out to be?

let's say i shoot @ 720p for about 30 minutes, roughly how big is the file, anybody knows?

Get 32GB so you won't regret getting 16GB.

For reference, a 7-minute video I took was 500MB.

for realz? was it shot at 720p?

i'd imagine they should compress the video file more ?

You have no other option unless sending it through e-mail/MMS.

Here are three file sizes I shot with the iPhone taken in different settings:

Duration: 07:55
Size: 600MB

Duration: 04:08
Size: 315MB

Duration: 02:37
Size: 194MB
