Have viewed various video clips from the web that were taken with iPhone 4, and also taken some myself with my iPhone 4.

When these videos are viewed on my PC at full size, all of them exhibit screen tearing (what looks like v-sync issues).

Has anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

It's because your PC is struggling to play 720p video.

Your graphic card must be very old.

Nothing to do with the iPhone.

I also noticed this (samples on youtube, i dont actually own one). Ive got a 6months old macbook pro with a 9600gt discrete video card. I can play 720p movies just fine.
