Definitely not 4.2. I had to update it myself.
 
it hard to find iphone now week with os 4.1
all update in apple , so lucky to get it 4.1
 
Week 48 is November 28-December 4, so with 4.2.1 being released November 22, theoretically it would be 4.2.1 for any device week 47+.

I can't be 100% positive because you never know if a unit slips through, if thats even possible, but I would expect 4.2.1 on week 48 considering it came out 1 week before these units were made.
