Hello everyone,

I have some trouble with my iPhone 4; my wifi is dead.
The wifi toggle turned light grey in the settings menu.

I have already reinstalled the iPhone (also in DFU mode) but it won't work.

I also reassembled the iPhone entirely and cleaned everything including the motherboard with 96% alcohol, unfortunately this doesn't work either.

The wifi antenna cover at the top of the iPhone (when the backside is openen) doesnt have any visible damage. All screws fit perfectly.

Is is possible that the wifi-chip is just dead? Or does anyone have a solution?

Thanks.
