IPhone 4 wireless issues

Hi

I have 2 wireless broadband at home and they have both worked fine, on different channels etc.

However my Virgin wireless has been playing up badly, and I noticed it wouldn't hold a connection, yet does on my iPad.

I have re-booted both devices several times.

However I have noticed a couple of settings on the iGone 4 Virgin settings that don't exist on my Sky ones.

Auto-Join and Auto- Login

Auto join always reverts to OFF, I cannot make it stay in the on position.

Auto login works fine.

Yet these settings don't appear on my other wireless connection

Any ideas?
